Shelley Patio Covers and Pergolas

We had two pergolas installed at the same time by two crews. The crews were led by Alex and Cody. They were extremely polite, professional, and efficient. The weather was clear but extremely cold (16-32 degrees). We were happy to provide them with hot coffee and/or cocoa to keep them warm. The second day was 16 degrees when they started, so I build a fire in our portable fire pit to help them warm up when needed…they were very appreciative and we were happy to help keep them warm! The crews were meticulous in cleaning up all debris from the worksite. We couldn’t be happier with the final results….5 stars to ShadeWorks!

I chose Shadeworks to designs and install my patio cover based on a recommendation from my deck builder who is well-known in the trades. Their product is first quality and sturdy as wood but has zero maintenance. It’s been a year and I couldn’t get the filter cleaned out. I called up for service and they came out the next day. Now that’s a company that wants to exceed customer expectations.

The staff at Shadeworks was very professional and maintained communication throughout the entire process of our project. They were honest about the time frame when scheduling and worked efficiently to install a quality patio cover. I would gladly recommend them.
