Shadeworks was seamless to work with from start to finish! Everyone that helped along the way we’re great, Jerek Sales representative, Andrew , the project, manager, and Dillon and his team for install. We had a few concerns and The addressed them right away. I really appreciated having the reminder text of what was going to be happening for that week as well as emails as to when the team was on their way and they would always show up promptly. The product is self is fantastic and it’s great addition to our backyard. We also have little to no worries since the company stands behind their products with their warranty. Thanks again to the whole team for everything!

They were professional right from the start. They kept me in the loop as to when it would be installed. Sent weekly reminders of the progress. Best part of all I called and told them of my landscaping schedule and they were able to bump it up a week prior to my concrete pad being installed. They two installers were polite and they were neat and tidy and even removed my old downspout.

Wow, not only did they install it a few days ahead of time, they sent out two of the best installers, Trevor and Rob. They arrived on time, total professional, and did an outstanding job. We are thrilled with our new patio cover! It looks seamless like it’s always been there. Such great quality and the team is so nice and professional. Pricing was very competitive compared to other quotes we received. As soon as our cover was finished our neighbors started texting us with compliments which is great since its their view 🙂 It adds so much dimension to our home and we can already feel a difference in the sunlight and heat – we are excited to actually be able to open our blinds and enjoy the view of our yard without being blinded by sunlight!

We hadn’t been able to enjoy our back patio due to the amount of sun it would get, so we decided to get an estimate from Shadeworks. Jerek listened to what we wanted and the design showed that. It took a while to get the install started due to their workload, but once the job was started it was finished in 2.5 days. ShadeWorks did an awesome job on my patio cover! Trevor, Justice, and Billy were really nice and worked hard to finish the job in 1.5 days! I especially like the stone base at the bottom of the columns as it adds character to the patio. The prices are very reasonable and they have great customer service. They even made a return trip after the initial quote to provide a 2nd alternative (which we ended up going with). Shadeworks installed a pergola over our back patio today and it was great! DJ and Dillon were our installers and they did a great job! They came on time, were really organized, great to go over the process with me and did a great job! I could not be happier!

Steve and Jared did an amazing job on our covered patio, it truly did take the concrete slab and turn into a place my family be enjoying for years to come! They were both extremely knowledge, professional and easy to work with! Not mention they were on time and did a great job cleaning up despite the snow on the ground. I really appreciate the pride they take in their work and I can’t wait for weather to warm back up so I can take full advantage of the new patio cover.

August 2020: We bought a ShadeWorks patio cover and are very pleased. Our cover was a significant investment and we wanted a beautiful, quality, long lasting product. We got it! The sales, quote and design process was smooth. ShadeWorks uses a tablet to design your patio cover in real time at your home while you watch, so you can contribute to the process. They have a booklet of pictures so you can see everything. The final product and cost were exactly as quoted, no hidden costs or anything like that. I do recommend choosing your color from the samples and not from the booklet and booklet colors are slightly off. Trevor and Rob did the installation. They arrived on time, know what they are doing and did an excellent installation job. They cleaned up the work area nicely after completion. They are a good team and are friendly, professional and courteous. The patio cover is attached to your homes facia board and this requires soffit to be removed so support brackets can be installed. Honestly, I was nervous having someone remove soffit but Trevor and Rob did an excellent job. We decided to use footings for a strong foundation which requires a building permit and inspections. Trevor and Rob handled everything including obtaining the permit and handling the building inspector. Their work passed with no problems. Rob’s concrete work looks great and matches the patio nicely. I had a ceiling fan support installed. They answered all my questions so I could install the fan myself later (ShadeWorks does not do electrical work nor can they make electrical recommendations, but they can explain how the support is to be used which is all I needed). A quality patio cover is s significant investment of thousands of dollars. I can recommend ShadeWorks and Trevor and Rob to deliver a quality product worth the investment.

Great experience throughout the project. They showed up when they say they would, the crew did an excellent job on our patio cover AND they cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Great communication, I never had to guess when they were showing up or when they start/finish. Can’t go wrong with Shadeworks, I would definitely buy from them again!!!

We recently had our gazebo installed and we are very happy with the result. Even though we did have to wait for our install, I felt that they did a good job communicating and setting realistic expectations. So excited that I won’t have to swim in the rain/snow this winter.
